The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for the planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle across MCH’s enterprise platforms. You will join a dynamic growing real estate tech company in a fast-paced environment while working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. The Sr. Business Analyst will work on a variety of engineering projects with a focus on data integration and event-driven architecture.
The role requires hands-on experience implementing software, building custom applications as well as refactoring/modernizing existing applications. The Sr. Business Analyst will serve as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders during the implementation phases. The Sr. Business Analyst would be responsible for growing expertise in overall products ownership and provide input to stakeholders on the feasibility of technical solutions to meet business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with key stakeholders and partners to define a product vision and roadmap.
Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance.
Identify and coordinate new IT system developments or enhancements with business owners. Manage systems implementations as appropriate (e.g., installations, configuration, customization, integration, data migration, and updates).
Work closely with the engineering teams to design, develop, test and deliver defined capabilities.
Participate in internal and external user groups · Participation in software specification, gap analysis, and requirements analysis.
Development and refinement of proofs-of-concept to confirm requirements. · Testing, including defining/supporting user acceptance testing and gathering feedback from pre-release testers.
Ability to log, track, and manage issues, bugs, and enhancement/ features requests logged in JIRA. · Support all software releases and post-release activities including end-user training and support documentation.
On-going systems maintenance and support.
Ability to lead and work within project work plans with tight and timelines.
Significant involvement in the analysis phases of the implementation, collecting and documenting functional requirements, and understanding and possibly re-defining business process based on the capabilities of the platforms.
Keep up to date on industry specific products.
Research and development of new products to grow the expanding brand.
Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into the product roadmap.
4+ years of experience with designing, configuring, and implementation of solutions.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
International communication experience a plus.
Knowledge of agile delivery methods.

ServiceNow implementation experience a strong plus.
